They repaired our roof 3-6 October 2023. My home was built in 1994. I was prepared for having to do a whole new roof, however, Gersam walked me through with photos exactly what needed replacement, repair or nothing at all. I loved the before, during and after photo album link I received that showed me all their hard work and allowed me to send photos to our HOA. Best roofing company and team ever! Thank you!

Recently my wife & I decided that it was long past time to replace the underlayment of our tile roof, as it was 20 years old. A year or so earlier we had engaged Alpha Roofing to repair a minor leak over our master bedroom after a rainstorm. Nacho did an excellent job, so we immediately thought of Alpha for this project. We contacted them and got an immediate reply from Gersam, who explained the process to us in detail including the cost and time of completion. After we approved the project, he and his crew arrived the following Monday and set to work. They completed the job in three days, cleaning up all debris as they went and conducted a final inspection the following day. They worked with our contractor and put more men on the job to finish it before a rain storm. After the job was done all trash was picked up and area was left as it was before. These guys are great! Very prompt with the estimate. Took care of everything even helping me chose the color for my new roof. Showed up on time and I had a new roof in a matter of hours. Gersam and crew did an excellent job repairing the issues my roof had at a very reasonable price. Alpha roofing replaced some of my neighbors entire roofs and noticed my roof had some issues. They offered a close-up inspection at no cost or obligation and found several broken tiles, flashing that was wind damaged & several roof end tiles sliding off the roof. Upon my approval of the price quote, All repairs were completed quickly and to my satisfaction. Gersam provided me with these and several other drone pictures of the completed work. I would highly recommend Alpha Roofing if you have any questions about your roof status. They will give you an honest opinion and decent price quote if repairs are needed. My neighbors even told me that Alpha Roofing worked with their insurance company to get the replacement covered as specified in their insurance plan. "Angels on Our Roof": We awakened the first morning to hear footsteps overhead, on our roof. We said, "There are angels on our roof!" It was Gersam and the Alpha Roofing team. They did an excellent job of replacing our roof which was severely damaged due to a monsoon storm.
